A Partnership Approach

Gateway Asia is an innovative programme designed to provide export advice and support to small and medium enterprises seeking to access new marketing and business opportunities in Asia, particularly India and China.

Gateway Asia has been developed by West London Business, Gateway Business Consultants Limited and Croydon Economic Development Company. The project is part-financed by the European Union and is administered by the London Development Agency.

Gateway Asia has key strategic partnerships with public and private organisations. New partners are encouraged to join and support the Gateway Asia Programme, be they other governments, business associations, educational institutions, community and charitable organisations.

Support can include:

• Strategic – trade support, legal, promotional, databases, and tangible resources;

• Technology and consultancy partners – technology solutions, mentoring, training and consultancy, and market research;

• Community partners – business and community information and knowledge services
